आज हम आपको अंडे से जुडी कुछ दिलचस्प बाते बताने जा रहे है जिसे जानकर आपको हैरानी तो होगी लेकिन यही सच्चाई है। मुर्गियों के अंडे में विटामिन डी भरपूर मात्रा में पाए जाते है लेकिन आपको ये जानकर हैरानी होगी की धुप में रहने वाले मुर्गी के अंडे और पिंजरे में रहने वाले मुर्गी के अंडो में पिंजरे में रहने वाले अंडो के मुकाबले धुप में रहने वाले अंडे सेहत के लिए ज्यादा फायदेमंद होते है।
यूके की रीडिंग यूनिवर्सिटी के मुताबिक 270 अंडो पर एक शोध किया गया। जिसमे पाया गया की धुप में रहने वाली मुर्गी के मुकाबले पिंजरे में रहने वाली मुर्गी के अंडो में विटामिन डी की मात्रा कम होती है। उन्होंने अपने शोध में पाया की धुप में रहने वाली मुर्गी खुले हवा और धुप में रहती है जिसके कारन दोनों में अंतर हो जाता है।
आपको यह बात पता होनी चाहिए की एक आदमी को एक दिन में कम से कम 10 माइक्रोग्राम विटामिन डी की आवश्यकता होती है। जबकि बच्चो के लिए 7 से 8.5 माइक्रोग्राम जरुरी होता है। इसलिए हम आपको सलाह देते है अगर आप अंडे के ग्राहक है तो ऑर्गेनिक फॉर्म्स में रहने वाली मुर्गी के अंडे ले सकते है क्योंकि वहां रहने वाली मुर्गियों के अंडे में विटामिन डी की मात्रा प्रचुर मात्रा में होती है।
