Ready For International Yoga day

For a healthy body and mind, yoga  is very important. Today is 21st June, International Yoga Day. According to Geographical view, 21st June is the longest day in the year and yoga keeps our life long. This day was first celebrated in 2015, when the Prime minister Narendra Modi lead the way in United National General Assembly 27 September 2014.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said “yoga is a priceless gift from the tradition of ancient India. It is the symbol of unity of the body and mind. There is harmony between man and nature. It also provide a holistic approach to health and well being. By becoming this consciousness in our changing lifestyles, it can help  us deal with climate change. So let’s work towards adopting an International Yoga Day”. After then, June 21 was declared as “International Yoga day”.

Yoga increase the energy in the body and beautify our skin. It relaxes the mind as well as keep the body fit. Regular yoga removes the negativity of the body and mind. By taking regular long deep breathe, glow comes in our skin.

In this era, yoga not only give peace but also it keeps our body healthy. In busy life, you can learn yoga through youtube. There are many channels which provide free yoga classes. In addition, you can learn yoga to get rid of diseases as well as different  types of yogasan techniques. There are many classes for the beginners too. And then gradually you can move towards advanced levels. With these classes  it can be easy to learn and practice yoga in home.

According to a statement of Ministry of  AAYUSH – it is necessary to stay away from the crowd for the promotional activities of International Yoga Day-2021. In the wake of the second wave of COVID-19, there is widespread concern about the impact of the pandemic on the physical and mental health of the people, in which yoga is proving to be very helpful for the people.
