How to do ITI Course?
Anyone can do ITI courses after 8th 10th and 12th class.
After filling the ITI online form you have to appear for an entrance examination subject to the passing of which you will get admission into the course of your choice. In India, the entrance exam generally takes place in the month of August.
Training period starts from 6 months course to 2-year course after which the candidates give the All India trade test. They receive the national trade certificate approved by the NCVT.
More than 130 ITI courses are offered in several colleges in India. You choose a course depending upon your interest and skill level.
Can I get admission in engineering college after doing ITI technical course?
You can get Lateral Entry into B Tech program in most of the State engineering Colleges. Normal B Tech is of 4 years, but due to Lateral Entry, you will get it completed in 3 years.
