Pregnancy hair fall

Gooseberry is rich in vitamin C, which is effective for the body and the hair. To stop hair fall, first, dry the gooseberry in the sun. When the gooseberry dries well, then make a powder of it. Mix this gooseberry with coconut oil and apply it. Coconut is beneficial in every way. Massage the mixture of amla powder and coconut oil well on the hair. Wash it off with shampoo after keeping it for one to two hours. It will prove to be effective for your hair.


Many types of nutrients are found in fenugreek, such as iron, calcium, phosphorus and protein, vitamin K . Fenugreek seeds are very good for hair. First of all, soak fenugreek seeds in water and leave them overnight. Sieve its water in the morning and apply the same filtered water on the head. Wash it off after keeping it for an hour, and you can also wash your hair with shampoo if you want.


If you do not have any problem with non-veg, then the egg can effectively prevent hair loss. For this, first, you take the white part of the raw egg. After that, mix three spoons of olive oil. Then apply this mixture well to the hair. It will go to the roots of the hair and nourish your hair. After drying, wash it well with shampoo so that the hair will not smell. It will make the hair soft and shiny.


Curd is also very effective for hair. Along with including curd in the diet, apply it in the hair as well. You can apply it to the hair as a hair mask. If you want, you can add some coconut oil to the curd, which will make it easier to apply to the hair. Wash off with shampoo after keeping it for a few hours.

Castor oil

Castor oil contains omega-9 fatty acids, which help in hair growth. By massaging this oil, the hair gets moisture, and hair fall starts decreasing. Mix castor oil with lukewarm coconut oil and apply it to the hair. If you want, you can keep it overnight. If you do not want this, you can wash it with shampoo after keeping it for an hour.

Neem’s leaves

Neem is very effective for hair. The antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties present in it eliminate the problem of dandruff present in the hair. By cleaning the hair with dandruff, the hair becomes stronger from the root, which reduces hair breakage. Apart from strengthening the hair, it also gets rid of the problem of two-faced hair. If you want, you can grind neem leaves and apply them to the hair. You also make powder by drying neem leaves, then mix it with oil and apply.
