Why do we need Sleep?

Nowadays due to more responsibility at home and the job schedule, we always get tired. Our minds and body get tired. So by sleeping we can overcome our stress. We must have 6 to 8 hours of periods of sleeps every night to take full body rest. 6 to 8 hours is called healthy sleeps-hours for humans.
