Historical And Tourists Fort Of Rajasthan

Rajasthan is the westernmost state of India.  It is one of the Most Amazing Places To Visit in India. Mehrangarh Fort

It is a beautiful fort located in the Jodhpur city of Rajasthan. This magnificent fort was built by Rao Jodha in 1459 AD.   This fort has seven gates. Cannon marks can be seen at every gate. These marks tell the story of history and the story of the sacrifice of the soldiers.  There is a chhatri in honor of Kirat Singh Soda, a warrior who fell while defending the fort against Amber’s forces. This umbrella is a reminder of the pride and honor of Rajputs. Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, Sheesha Mahal, and Jhanki Mahal are the four palaces that adorn the fort.  

Jaigarh Fort 

This fort is located in the city of Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is one of the Jaipur tourist places. This fort is a very strong fort, followed by huge thick walls are made of red sandstone. Dungar Darwaza is the main entrance to the fort. Accordingly, ongoing inside, two temples are found.  One is the 10^th century Ram Harihar temple and similarly, the other one is the 12^th century-old Kal Bhairav ​​temple. This fort was built in 1726. Museums, photographs from ancient times, postage stamps, etc. are to be seen within the complex.   A huge treasury was also found in the reconstruction of this fort in 1970, which was taken over by the government there. 

Nahargarh fort 

A collection of many beautiful structures, this fort is also located in Jaipur of Rajasthan. It is a beautiful Indo-European architecture. In short, this fort was built by the founder of Jaipur city, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh in 1734.  Tadgit is the entrance gate of this fort. On the other hand, a temple dedicated to the Rathore prince is situated on the premises of this fort. Also, there is a “Madhavendra Bhawan” built by Madho Singh which is quite grand.  Apart from this,  Nahargarh Zoological Park is also located which is a special attraction of this fort.

Chittorgarh Fort

This is a grand and magnificent fort located in Chittorgarh of Rajasthan.  According to news, this fort was built by the Mauryas during the 7th century. Also, it is believed that the fort has seven-pointed iron gates named after Hindu deities. in addition, this fort is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Near this fort is the Berach river near the fort, which is the central attraction here. Despite this, Jauhar Kund is built inside this fort, which commemorates the sacrifice of wives of soldiers made in history. 

Junagarh Fort

This magnificent Junagadh fort made of red stones is located in Bikaner, Rajasthan. This fort was built by the majestic ruler Rai Singh around 1542 AD.  There are two main entrances to enter the fort, the eastern gate is named Karnpol and the western gate Chandpol. Inside the fort, there are luxurious palaces on one side of the huge square, which is visible due to its amazing craft and beauty. There are two wells inside the fort, Ramras, and Neeras. Mughal style can be seen in the decoration and decoration of the palaces.
