Different State Of Good Health

In 1948, the  World Health Organization describes health as “Health is the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of diseases.”

state of good health

Let describe the state of health one by one:

The physical state of Good health

The word physical means that connection with real things that you can touch and see. A good physical state of health refers that the state of the body where every organ of the body works properly. Brain networks are connected with the nerves of every organ. But the brain can make them work properly only when organs are fit. Headache, body pain, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes are some examples that indicate that a person is physically unhealthy. To be a physically healthy person, you should follow a properly balanced diet and regular exercise.

The mental state of health

Mental health is directly related to the brain. It is the state when a person is emotionally strong in any situation. If the person is not fit as mentally then that state of health is called mental illness. Anxiety, depressions, stress, mood swing, addiction are some examples of mental illness. These types of diseases can be cured by specialists like psychiatrists, therapists, etc. For good mental health, yoga is the best option. Yoga gives peace of mind. It reduces stress, depression, and other types of mental illness.

 The social state of health

Oprah Winfrey says that surround yourself only with people who are going to lift you higher. A person’s interaction with society and behavior with people tells about the social health of that person. Your social relationship describes your social health. Social health makes you smart in your field. It can improve your personality. A socially weak person can suffer economic problems, protection problems, insecurity problems, housing problems also.  To be a socially healthy person, take a break from time to time from your work and try to interact with individuals, the community, etc.
