BMW X3: BMW Launches 2018 Model X3 in India, Initial cost Rs 49.99 Lac

BMW has launched its new car BMW X3 in India. BMW has already started production and assembling of this car at its plant located in Chennai. New Generation X3 is the most preferred bike in the company’s portfolio in India. In the case of look and design, the company has made the car more attractive. Large kidney grille has been installed in the car, with which separate LED headlamp clusters have been given separately. The next bumper of the car has been replaced by the air intakes and the LED foglamps.

BMW India has given 18-inch alloy wheels in the new car  bmw x3 2018 and optionally 21-inch alloys have also been provided which will only be available with the top model. 3D LED taillamps are installed in the back of the car. The new Generation X3 is built on the new CLAR platform and its chassis has been strengthened too. Along with changes in the exterior, many changes have been made in the car’s interior. 6th Generation Idrive Infotainment System has been given which now comes with touchscreen and voice control. Apple Car Play and the updated Android AutoRay Auto is also included. Apart from this, the car has 600 Watt Harman Cardon Audio System, BMW Connectrive, Auto Defensive Break, Dynamic Traction Control, Adaptive Suspension, Hill Start Assist and Hill Dissent Control.

In the BMW New Gen X3 , the company has installed a 2.0-liter diesel engine which generates 190 bhp power and 400 Nm torque. The company has equipped the engine in the car with an 8-speed automatic transmission. This is given in BMW cars under the name of XDrive. The petrol engine model of this car will be launched by the end of this year. The third generation BMW X3 is due to compete in India like the Audi Q5, Mercedes-Benz GLC, Land Rover Discovery Sport and Volvo XC60.
