Benefits and use of honey in your daily life

Do you know how many types you can use it. There are several things that makes honey to more useful.

Benefits and use of Honey-

1.Works as a hair conditioner:- After applying honey at dull hairs, it gives shining hairs. Because it contains enzymes and nutrients.
Just take one tablespoon of honey and mix it with two tablespoons of coconut oil and apply it on his/her hair. Keep it for 20 minutes then rinse whole hair.

2.As an antiseptic:- There are lots of use of honey at your home as a antiseptic. If you don’t have any detol or savlon and have honey then don’t worry about any other antiseptic. Because a little bit of honey will work as a medicine, Beacause it has antibacterial and anti-fungal properties that recovers the body parts from wounds, burns etc.
You have need to apply some amount of honey on the wound every 12 hours, and change the dressing every 24 hours until your wound is recovering.

3.In weight loss:- Generally honey is used for weight loss. In early morning with empty stomach, every person who wants to weight loss, must take a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of honey. It is the best way to promote immunity.

4.To overcome the sleeplessness:-Are you getting problem in sleeping. Here a lots of stress and hectic schedules in human life. And they get tired too much. Due to this some times people face problem in their sleeping schedule. They can not sleep properly.
If they take one teaspoon of honey before going to bed then can solve all problems like sleeplessness, headache etc. Because honey contains natural sugar that increases insulin levels gradually.

5. Home made cleanser:- If you want to hide your age and want to make skin glow naturally at home, then use honey weekly. Just take one tablespoons honey and 2 tablespoons of jojoba oil and mix them properly. After that apply it on your skin directly to clean and to remove the dry skin.
Massage must be in a circular motion for 2 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.
