Mango Rabri
Material:
1 litre full cream milk
100 gms of sugar
A pinch of saffron
2 baked mangoes of mangoes
1 mango, sliced into small pieces

Method:
Keep the milk warm on high flame in a wide mouth pan.
When the milk starts to boil, add sugar and saffron after adding flame.

Material:
300 grams of raw mangoes
1-2 teaspoon oil
1 pinch of asafetida
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon fennel
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

2-3 pinch of red chilli powder

Method:
Wash mango, peel and cut into 2 inch thick pieces.
Put oil in the pan and heat it, add asafoetida, cumin and fennel in hot oil and roast until light brown.
Now add salt, black salt and red chilli powder with turmeric powder and chopped mango, and roast for 1-2 minutes.
Add a half cup of water and cover it. Let the mango slices cook until it becomes soft. Now add sugar and garam masala and let it cook until it thickens on low flame.
Mango longi is ready.
Aam Panna
Material:
300 grams of raw mangoes (2-3 medium size)
2 teaspoons – roasted cumin powder
Black salt – according to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 – 3/4 cup sugar
20-30 mint leaves
Method:
Wash raw mangoes and peel them and then separate the pulp from their kernels and boil them in a cup of water.
Grate the boiled pulp, sugar, black salt and mint leaves in a mixie and grind it well.
Add one-litre cold water to it and filter it.
At the end add black pepper and roasted cumin powder and mix well and pour ice cubes and serve cold-cold.
Now your raw mango juice is ready. This is mouth watering recipe.
Aamras
Material:
2 mango
According to Chinese flavour
1/4 cup milk or water
1/4 teaspoon naush
3-4 kg
A pinch of cardamom powder
Method:
Grind mango peel and kernels and grind them into the mix
Now add all the ingredients to your taste.
Mix well and let the fridge cool down and serve.
Mango Shake
Material:
2 large chopped mangoes
1 ½ cup milk
1 ½ teaspoon sugar
2-3 pieces of snow

Method:
